This sale is for the pictured EICO HF 86 Power Amplifier. PLEASE MAKE AN OFFER, You know what this is… This amp with original EICO labeled MULLARD tubes is EXTREMELY hard to find. It is rated at 14 watts per side, and is a STEREO Tube Amp. ALLOriginal MULLARD TUBES, with the EICO label. It comes with the SAMS Photofacts with layout and schematics. And of course my stereo took the hit. I had it running thru an HF 85 pre-amp, and listened to the FM on an HF90 tuner. Almost stole the EL84s outta this for my guitar amp… But resisted the temptation. This amp was working about 10 years ago or so sounded fantastic too. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. This amp was stored INDOORS, was never exposed to high moisture environment like some others. VERY LITTLE CORROSION OR RUST… Because this is vintage electronics. And because it has not been powered or tested in over 10 years. Was working fine when I stopped using it, and the Mullards all were top shelf. No wonder this Gem is , or was considered one of the top 10 low powered amps of all time. ALL tubes will be removed and wrapped. Have a look at my other items. You might just find something you like! This is a used Realistic Tube PA Amp/Amplifier. It has 3 inputs: 2 Microphone and 1 phono that have been tested and all work. It includes a Sam’s Photofact Folder/Schematic for a Realistic Model PA30/60 Amplifier. This amplifier uses a 5U4 instead of the 5AR4 (rectifier tube) shown in the schematic, but all the other components are the same. I used this with an electric guitar plugged into both microphone inputs using a “Y” adapter and a Switchcraft 1/4 to screw on connector on the amp. It was connected to a 4×12 guitar speaker cabinet using the output screw terminals (to a 1/4 jack adapter). It was also used with a CD player plugged into the phono input. It works as it should, with plenty of power; The bass and treble controls also work well. It uses 3 – 12AX7′s, 2 6L6′s and a 5U4. All the tubes test good on a Sencore TC154 emissions type tube tester. It is in nice shape and includes all the knobs and cabinet screws but the bottom plate is missing 2 screws. I tested the Monitor jack on the front with stereo headphones and it works also. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Thanks for checking this out!
