Vintage Tube Amp

Early 1960′s Eico Tube Amplifier. Functioning as demonstrated here. No loud humming or buzzing, controls have been cleaned with Deoxit. Obtained from the original owner and pulled from a HiFi cabinet where it had stayed since new. Bought assembled from the dealer, not as a kit. All but 3 of the tube compliment are Eico branded and made by Mullard and Westinghouse. Very clean chassis with factory assembled point to point wiring. Clean face with a little wear under the Phase switch. Knobs are all in good condition. No dents or damage in the cage. Will be carefully packaged for safe arrival, double boxed. Dynaco Stereo 70 Series EL-34 Tube Amplifier Vintage ST70 Dynakit Silver EL34. This item is in Very Good Refurbished condition. Some dust on the cover. No rust, flaking on the chrome. There is a number scratched in the right corner 19637 All point to point wire was replaced with silver wire, Ceramic Tube sockets. All electrolytic caps were replaced about 1 years ago. This item is fully tested and working. The International EL-34s only have about 30 hrs on them. Tubes will be packed separately. We try to always provide accurate descriptions and explanations. For sale is an EICO ST-70 in what I’d consider to be lightly used, but dormant condition. Unit is excellent cosmetically and is completely original and has not been used in many years. Upon inspecting the interior of the amplifier, all of the components appear to be in the condition they were in when inserted in the amplifier nearly 60 years ago, but unfortunately the electrolytic capacitors will need to be replaced. This unit will certainly need to serviced before it is plugged in or used. Please do not plug this amplifier in before servicing it. Tubes included are US made, but have not been tested. This amplifier is restorable. Terms (Please read these). Please message me if you have any gear for sale but dont want to deal with listing. I live in Central California and travel to LA as well as the bay area often! You do not need to live near me. I sell mostly vintage electronics. As such, these items are old and typically out of spec from when they were new. I do my best to test these items and make sure they work before theyre sent out, but I do not guarantee or represent that they will meet the original specifications. I may not even be able to test them, in which case assume that they dont work. However, there are times where I may miss something.
