PAIR of Heathkit 1961 Vintage 14 Watt Power Tube Amp Model AA-61. I have for sale a vintage pair of Heathkit AA-61 tube amps, I’ve owned these amps for over twenty years, I’ve used them with a variety of preamps and speakers through the years without problems. I had a shop check them out several years ago and replace some parts, a local electronic tech checked them late last year and replaced some resistors and capacitors. These are vintage electronic units, they have been serviced intermittently, and are in operating condition at this time, they have not been totally restored. Up for sale, a 1980 Marshall-built Park MV 1×12 vintage tube amp in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Offering a whopping 100 watts via a quad of vintage USA-made EL34 power tubes, this Master Volume-equipped Park combo is both incredibly powerful and decidedly compact. Offering two distinctly voiced inputs with dedicated Gain knobs and gain structures, this Park can offer cleans with lots of dynamic muscle and sparkle, and gobs of thick ripping crunch, harnessed by the Output Level (Master) control. A custom-made footswitch is included too, making switching between the channels a snap! The circuit is extremely original, boasting modestly massive Drake transformers and a preamp retaining virtually all of its original signal caps and resistors. The preamp retains vintage valves from the likes of Telefunken and Fisher, and the matched quad of power tubes are Peavey-branded, yet produced by Sylvania. The speaker is Celestion Sidewinder, well suited to the Park’s tonal properties and significant output. The raised Park logo is intact on the small check grillcloth, the black levant tolex shows only light edge wear, and the silver faceplate retains the full compliment of knobs. For sale, this stunning 1978 Fender Silverface Twin Reverb 2×12 guitar amplifier combo serial number A812200 in unbelievable condition. It has just been completely refurbished by the vintage Fender experts at Pittsburgh Amplification, including new Tolex covering, grill cloth and cabinet hardware. The original hardware is included in the sale along with the original footswitch. This extremely beautiful amplifier sounds just as good as it looks. 135 ultralinear all tube watts from four 6L6 power tubes into two 12 Italian Jensen C12Ns, the epitome of loud clean. Two channels, Normal and Vibrato, each with Fender’s infamous three band EQ stack and bright switch. The Vibrato channel has footswitchable tube driven spring tank reverb and Fender’s signature opto-electric vibrato. Master volume with pull-boost. This particular amp sounds particularly good. I’m happy to be listing a Beautiful Pair of Vintage Mcintosh MC60, 60 Watt Mono Block Tube Power Amplifiers that come from a relative who was an avid audiophile. The amplifiers have been in their home for the last 50 years or so. Very nice original condition and still sound amazing! That beautiful Vintage Mcintosh tube sound- warm, bold and clear. Classics among Vintage Hi-Fi Collectors. Units underwent a thorough testing by a highly experienced tech in the NYC area very familiar with Vintage Audiophile Tube Equipment. Voltage was brought up very slowly using a Variac to protect the capacitors. As you can see from the interior photos, both units are very clean, unmolested and contain the original components,’Bumble Bee’, Sprague Black Beauty capacitors etc. Units are in excellent cosmetic and working condition. Serial no’s: 5F405, 5F541. As you can see from the photos, units are very clean. The controls are smooth and noise free; all the terminals are sound. Original screening letters are nearly perfect on both units. McIntosh Logo is perfect on both units. Chrome is very clean with only some minor imperfections. McIntosh side label perfect on both units. A few scratches/chips on transformers and on one side panel – see closeup photos. The blotches/smudges visible on capacitor cans in photos are removable with a bit of cleaning solution. Amps have been cleaned up for photos. A little polish will really make them glow! Light scratches/blemishes on one transformer and a bit on one side panel ; chrome shows slight pitting near transformer and a bit near rectifier tube section. Bottom panel has scratches – see closeup photos. A couple of small scratches on one transformer. Chrome has only a few very small blemishes. Tech replaced part M1 Selenium Rectifier, R35 Resistor on left unit ser. New, Matched/Burned In Quad of Genalex Gold Lion KT88/6550 Tubes. Remaining Tubes are Vintage ca. 60s and 70s – All test Good, most test Strong. RCA Black Plate 5U4 GB (GA) (4). RCA 12Ax7 (3) – 2 date codes show CG, FZ. RCA + GE 12BH7A. Over all, this Pair of Mcintosh MC60 Amplifiers are in very nice original condition, look good together and still sound amazing! As these are vintage power amps, over 50 years old, after your initial testing, I cannot make any other claims as to how long they may continue to function. Once you decide to put units into long term use, a qualified technician should replace any parts that would warrant replacement. And your satisfaction is my top priority. For sale is a vintage 1982 Marshall JCM800 Model 1992 Super Bass MKII 100 watt tube amplifier head. This is an amazing sounding amp. It delivers a warm, punchy clean tone for a surprisingly loud range, the typical gritty drive you expect from a Marshall when cranked. This is an early 80′s model with the sought after vertical inputs. This amp is in perfect working order. The only issue of note is some scratchiness when adjusting the treble and volume pots. This is not an issue once you get your settings dialed in. The amp appears to be original with no circuit modifications. It has aftermarket Sovtek power tubes and Mesa preamp tubes. It is in used condition with cosmetic wear. The back plate/tube protection plate is missing, unfortunately. There are a few spots where the tolex has ripped, but nothing too major. Some of the plastic on the corners and the vent cover have chipped next to where it was riveted in. Overall, it is in good shape for its age.
