Vintage Sound 15 All-Tube 112 Combo Amp Built by Rick Hayes. Blues Angel Music is pleased to present this incredible Vintage 15 Amplifier! Hand Built by Tube Amp Phenom Rick Hayes! Rick has signed the Tube Stamp, and dated it 6-14-15. It has never been owned and has only been demo’d in our store under close observation. It is one of the clearest, best sounding, most organic feeling and responsive amps we’ve ever had here in the store! Special Features include Ostrich Brown Tolex, Warehouse G12C/S Speaker, Leather Handle, Dwell control on the back of the chassis, and tan wicker Grill Cloth! Standard features in all Vintage Sound amps are 1/2 Dovetailed Birch cab, and all point-to-point hand wiring on a military grade eyelet board! The amp you see is the one you will receive. About the Vintage Series. The Vintage Series is inspired by all of your favorites of the Black Face era amps of the mid-60s. We have done nothing to change the tone, as we feel Leo Fender got it right! We use only top quality components in building each and every amplifier. Circuitry: Black Face AA1164 (Princeton Style). Inputs: One channel, 2 Inputs. Auxiliary Inputs: Vibrato & Reverb Pedal Jacks, Extension Speaker Jack. Controls: Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass. Cabinet Material: Solid Pine Cabinet w/ Birch Plywood Baffle & upper and lower back panel. Pilot Light Jewel: Blue. Knobs: Cream Chickenhead Style. Effects: Tube Driven Spring Reverb & Tube Vibrato (Tremolo). Speaker: Warehouse American Vintage G12 C/S, 75W 8Ohm, Assembled in the USA. Rectifier: GZ34 Rectifier Tube (J/J). Our philosophy in amp building is very simple: we strive to build the cleanest sounding amplifier using vintage mid-60s Black Face circuitry (with modifications unique to Vintage Sound) using the best components available today. All amps are point-to-point hand-wired. All cabinets are custom built for Vintage Sound Amps and built with high quality pine using dove-tail joints. We use top quality filter caps and electrolytics, carbon comp resistors, Orange Drop tone caps, solid core pushback wire, JJ and Ruby Tubes, and custom hand wound transformers Made in the USA. All amps include a dated tube chart on the inside of the cabinet. All amplifier chassis and cabinets are personally signed and dated.
