Vintage PANaramic combo tube amp made by Audio Guild Corporation in Van Nuys, California. Really nice original condition. Tolex and front screen in good clean condition. Barks out that Califorinia surf sound with it’s vintage Reverb and Vibrato. Totally 60′s sound. Large amp measures 33″ Tall and 26″ Wide. Comes with original Ceramic or Utah Alnico Speakers (12″ & 8″). Audio Guild was an amplifier corporation that was started by Don Bonham, who previously worked for Magnatone. Audio Guild made amplifiers under a variety of names including: Bonham, Titano, Tonemaster, Da Vinci, Lo Duca, PANaramic, and many others. I discovered this beauty while renovating some custom cabinetry in my late relative’s downtown Chicago apartment. He had impeccable taste and finding this was very much in keeping with my boyhood impressions of his high style. The Craftsmen 500 was produced in 1951 in Chicago, and this unit has a relatively low serial number (3638). I have not tested this unit but I believe all appears to be in good working order, with the exception of one of the two larger tubes (as seen in pictures).
