Here is a really neat find! We came across this earlier last week. It is a Fantastic example of a 1963 Ampeg reverberocket R12 R B tube amplifier. These were originally made for a guitar or accordion. This one has its original Jensen speaker, and it looks to have all of the original AMPEG branded tubes. This amplifier was just cleaned, And gone through by a professional technician. The original cord was changed to a new grounded power cord. Other than the cord, the amplifier looks to be completely original. Even the leather handle is in decent condition for its age. The blue checked Tolex is very nice. It is coming up lightly on each seam near the top as shown. This amplifier has a pair of 7591 power tubes. The tube chart is shown in the photos. The original foot switch functions as it should. The reverb echo and tremolo work properly. Please take a look at all the photos and feel free to ask any questions or request additional photos as needed.
