Vintage 1980 tube amp head by Marshall. Vintage and rare amp head with original cord, overall has some knicks and scratches. Fires up and seems to work, but I’m not an expert. Amp seems to be in good condtiion. Missing the Marshall insignia on the front. A vintage 1979 Marshall JMP Master Volume Mark 2 Lead Model 2204 50-watt tube amp head. This classic amp needs little introduction. It and its big brother, the 100-watt 2203 defined the sound of 70s and 80s hard rock. With its thick, crunchy mid-range and gobs of sustain, this amp is sure to make your power chords come alive. Cosmetically, the amp has a few minor bruised, but it is in very good condition overall. Vintage Heathkit EA-3 Amplifier -Excellent! -All Five Fire -Read All. Excellent: Unit face looks great, has some scratches and paint loss. Case looks good and is free from any noticed damage. Unit has been tested and works great! I plugged in one side of my cassette deck up and was surprised at the sound from my little test speaker. All tubes are glowing and this thing seems to be rocking. There is some scratching from the volume knob and I have not opened and cleaned the inside at all. This same owner had a AR-1 Receiver and a BC-1A however I was only able to procure the assembling manuals which are listed and filled with his notations if you are interested see my other listings. This amplifier has been sitting on an office shelf for several years, it’s time it goes to a good home that will put it to use. Check the pictures to see what type of shape it’s in – very clean and almost no pitting or any damage. It has likely benefited from the low humidity here in Colorado. As it’s an expensive item, if you have questions or have specific ways for me to validate it’s status, message me. I’ve recently been informed that this amp’s serial number 247 is one of the earliest ones made, roughly Oct 1960, and is a real collector’s item. Only blemish to note is the number etched into the chrome on the right rear of the unit. Looks like a social security number, but was put on by a previous owner so hard to tell. Want to make sure it’s pointed out so it’s not a surprise when it arrives. Anyone looking at this probably already knows the specs, but here it goes anyway.. 40 watts per channel into 8 (stereo), 80 watts into 2 (mono). Signal to noise ratio. 1 x 12AX7, 2 x 12AU7, 2 x 12BH7, 2 x 12AX7, 4 x 6L6GC. 17-1/4 x 10-3/4 x 8 inches. Fender Twin Reverb Amp vintage tube 1969. This is an AS IS SALE. This is a beautiful Twin Reverb in really good condition, EXCEPT for the speakers. I believe these to be original speakers to the amp, but they are’blown’ and should be reconed or replaced. I play this amp often. It works perfectly using the extension speaker out to a my 2X12 speaker enclosure. This is the sound that everyone is looking to get… The true original Fender Twin Reverb sound. The Vibrato and Reverb both work perfectly. There is little to no noise in the amp, but as with any old amp like this, it would be smart to have a professional give it a maintenance once over and set the bias. But, like I said, I use this amp often, mainly to record guitars. I’m getting rid of it only because it is too big (and loud) for what I need now, so I’m going to get something smaller. The body of the amp looks good as you can see in the pictures, There are a few marks and cigarette burns on the top, but the still completely covers the amp with no breaks. The silver face fabric is still in great shape as well… There’s only one small spot that has a breach. The foot petal is not original. We bought that last year so it is not vintage. The amp serial number on the back stamped in the chasis says: A 18590. I researched this on-line to understand that means it was built in 1969. I’ve only had this amp for about 3 years. When I bought it, I didn’t play it for the first 3 months. When I finally actually played it, is when I realized both speakers were blown. I have a 2 X 12 speaker enclosure so I’ve always used it with that. These amps are REALLY LOUD. Whenever I play with my band, we are playing smaller rooms so I never have taken this amp to use it at a club. I has only been used for recording over the three years I’ve owned….
