Been sitting unused in my climate controlled basement. No Pets, No smoke. Used occasionally for overdubs. Professionally wired in between the amp and the speaker, Not just a volume control. Powersoak is Set for 8ohms, but is adjustable for several ohm settings. This is a must for practicing indoors, cause this amp is LOUD! Hands down one of the best amps ever built in the USA by Crate. Missing a few screws on the back that I just never put back in after replacing the tubes with JJs about 3 years ago. Current tubes only have about 10 hrs on them! Check out the pics carefully and please, feel free to ask any questions. I have done my best to photograph (to get all the dust and scratches to show up) and describe the item. Thanks and please check out my other listings. The item “Crate Vintage Club 30 ALL Tube Combo Amp with power soak & footswitch” is in sale since Monday, September 14, 2020. 1966 Fender Twin Reverb Blackface Vintage Tube Amp 2x12 Jensen C12N, Footswitch

Up for sale, a 1966 Fender Twin Reverb in exceptional condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original two-button footswitch and Fender-branded Jensen C12N speaker pair. Stunningly clean, this Twin’s condition is all the more uncommon given its size. While Fender’s smaller combos of the era can occasionally be found in pristine shape, it’s significantly rarer to find Fender’s gig-worthy large combos (which generally saw much rougher usage) as well-kept as this example. This Twin delivers warm, articulate cleans with ample bass response, a wide-ranging and responsive EQ, and present, sparkling Fender top end. When it comes to the quintessential Blackface Fender amp for clarity, headroom, and the balanced, authoritative response of a four 6L6 driven tube amp, it’s hard to beat the Twin. The tube-driven Reverb effect has incredibly depth and splash, and the Tremolo has a strong pulse with a wide range of speeds. It’s as iconic a design as Leo Fender ever created, also very well-suited to amplifying pedal steel or electric piano in the vein of a Wurlitzer or Fender Rhodes. The circuit is extremely clean and straight, with all of the original blue molded Ajax capacitors in the preamp, a key part of the sweet, musical character of the Blackface-era preamps. The preamp features just a few new electrolytic caps, and the main filter caps have also been replaced with high quality F&Ts to guarantee decades of future trouble-free use. The power tubes are a quad of properly biased TAD 6L6GCs, and the preamp tubes are mostly modern valves as well from the likes of Tung Sol and JJ, while also including a pair of vintage Phillips 12AT7s for the reverb driver and phase inverter. All of the original Schumacher-made transformers are intact with dates spanning late 1965 to the first weeks of’66, and the original CTS pots have visible date codes from the 49th week of’65. The speakers are the original pair of Jensen C12Ns with Fender brown and gold foil labels on the ceramic magnets. The most favored speaker compliment for the Twin and also among the rarest, these speakers have clean black frames and date stamps from the 4th week of’66. These speakers easily handle the power of the Twin, and the speaker harness is original too. The tube chart is fully intact, with crisp corners and virtually unfaded paper, stamped with a bold “PC” date code which translates to March of 1966. The original black tolex is exceptionally clean, with only a few minor marks, primarily on the edges framing the grillcloth. The silver sparkle grillcloth shows only very faint darkening over the decades, and the faceplate is near mint, retaining its full compliment of original witch hat knobs. All of the original hardware is present and positively gleaming (save for some minor scuffs on the corners), including the chrome tilt back legs, nickel corners, sphinx glides, handle, and raised Fender logo on the amp’s face. The original two-button footswitch is included, along with an aftermarket cover. Check out our shop “Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar, ” and please let us know if we can answer any questions! 1965 Fender Pro Reverb Blackface Vintage Tube Amplifier 2x12 with Footswitch

Up for sale, a 1965 Fender Pro Reverb in excellent condition and in perfect working order with the original two-button footswitch. Providing the general tonal character of a Twin Reverb, but boasting a tube rectifier and more manageable 40 watts of power, the Pro Reverb is a 2×12 amplifier with enough volume for large ensemble situations and the perfect balance between shimmering Blackface cleans and smooth, touch-sensitive overdrive. A great platform for effects pedals too, the cleans on this Pro are balanced, clear, and warm. Of course once you reach around 5 on the volume dial, things start to compress slightly, and you get that dynamic, glassy sound that adds just the right amount of grit to your tone. The tube-driven Reverb has plenty of splash and dimension, and the tremolo has a strong, smooth pulse and wide range of speeds. Very original and well maintained, this Pro Reverb is ready for stage and studio use! The circuit is extremely original, with the original compliment of Schumacher-made transformers, dating between the 13th and 23rd weeks of’65. The stock CTS pots are all intact as well, dating to early’65, and the chassis stamp notes a 1965 build date as well. The preamp retains all of the original blue molded Ajax capacitors which are a hallmark of the Blackface tone, as well as new bias and bypass caps to ensure optimal operation. Even the original power supply caps are intact and still functioning well. A modern three-prong power cable has been installed, and the amp is loaded with all modern valves including a pair of matched JJ 6L6s and a GZ34 rectifier. The speakers are a pair of vintage Fender-labeled CTS 12 speakers which date to 1979. The tube chart is fully intact, with an “OI” date stamp that translates to September of 1965. The original smooth black tolex and silver sparkle grillcloth is intact and in remarkable shape. The cloth has only light aging, and the tolex shows only some minor scuffs and nicks on the edges of the enclosure. The stock hardware is in great shape including original tilt back legs, chassis straps, corners, sphinx glides (feet), and handle. This Pro Reverb has fresh tubes, a very original circuit, and sounds every bit as good as a Blackface Fender should! The original two-button footswitch is included. Check out our shop “Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar, ” and please let us know if we can answer any questions! We use double thick boxes, 1″ foam, and industrial 1/2″ bubble wrap to ensure that your amp arrives safely. International orders will be declared as merchandise, and the value of merchandise will be declared as the amount paid. We cannot declare anything as a gift or for a lesser value. Up for sale is a Vintage Fender Tremolux Guitar Amp Head. The tolex is ripping up at certain spots (pictured). The rear back panel is missing. Some of the metal has surface rust due to years of age. Includes the original footswitch. The amp powers up and is in great working condition. All of the inputs, outputs, switches and knobs work as they should. The pedal included is not the original, but it powers on/off the vibrato when plugged into either of the Vibrato inputs. The original paper label is in poor condition from age and being exposed to humidity. I cannot guarantee that the capacitors or tubes have not been replaced over the years. This would make a great addition to any collection. These don’t come around nearly as often as other amps. Message me with any questions. Amp is Not working. I do not know what all is wrong, or what will need replaced. I was going to try to restore this for myself, but i know nothing about electronics, and came to my senses.. This only gets a very very loud hum from speaker when turned on. When all knobs are full blast you can hear a little bit of guitar under the loud hum. Two knobs are missing. Also the footswitch is missing. That’s extent of my testing and knowledge. I believe this is from 1963 based on the Jensen speaker, the red arrow knobs, and the bark type Tolex. Serial is 770239 What is shown is included. All of my items are untested from estate sales. They have not been cleaned thoroughly, they may have broken, missing, or damaged parts. All items are pre owned and will have imperfections from age/use. I sell as is for parts/repair. Any rulers, tape measures, or other objects used for size or display are not included.
