NEW Electro-Voice mono Cartridge flip over style with LP diamond on one side and sapphire for 78′s. As with most 50+ year old items, the grease gets thick, the oil dries up, and other vital components needing to be serviced / replaced. This RCA Automatic record changer has just been fully serviced / restored as follows. Idler Wheel: Replaced with idler with new/fresh rubber surface. Mechanism Cam wheel rubber replaced with new. Spindle bearings cleaned and lubricated. Automatic mechanism cleaned and lubricated. Power cord has been replaced with a new polarized cord and plug. Power switch, volume, bass and treble controls have been cleaned and lubricated with Deoxit. Case has been cleaned and polished inside and out. Case has minor scuffs scratches and former use marks. The top and sides of the case have been re-painted. Amplifier has been fully serviced with new electrolytic capacitors. All wax tubular capacitors have been replaced with ceramic capacitors. Tubes all tested STRONG: 12AX7, 35C5, 35C5, 35W4. Tone and volume controls have been cleaned and lubricated to function perfectly. The speakers have been removed and cleaned of all dust bunnies that collects over time. Tested and working perfectly. Lots of volume and tone from this stunning WEBCOR HOLIDAY CORONET record player. In the Navy I went to school, studied and. Worked as an Aviation Electrician repairing and servicing military aircraft. Now that I’m retired, I still love to tinker with electronic and mechanical. Several radios, record players, amplifiers, and color wheels that I will be restoring over the next several years. My goal is to make these old, vintage. Devices function like new again. A pair of Heathkit AA-13 amlifiers. These have the typical peeling paint on the cases but front panels and data on chassies are in good condition. Have not powered these up for several years. One had a hum and the other seemed fine then. All the tubes were tested at that time, all tested good. This listing is for both units and includes original assembly manual. This listing is for a very cool Vintage 1960′s Sano Guitar-Accordian Tube Amplifier. This is a very nice sounding amp and looks fantastic. The amp is all tube and 18 watts so it’s fairly loud and has a nice amount of clean headroom. The amp also has a killer sounding Tremolo. The amp has been serviced and is working and sounding really nicely. The speaker is a newer (non original) Jensen 12 speaker which works really nicely for electric guitar on this amp. 1958 Hi-Fidelity Record Player Here’s a beautiful and fun Magnavox Hi-Fi from 1958! This unit was one of the top of the line players from the 1950′s; It’s styling and sound simply can’t be beat… This was completely restored, and looks just fabulous with it’s newly re-covered blue and white cabinet and gold legs. Has a beautiful 4 speed automatic VM record changer, with auto-45 adapter included! You can stack LP’s on this, 45′s too! And each will play in turn, and the unit will shut off automatically when the last record has played. Excellent dual speaker system, and topped off with a powerful three tube amplifier! Both the record changer and amplifier were completely restored. The amplifier has all new components, including all new resistors and capacitors, along with a new 12′ power cord. Strong vintage Magnavox black plate 50EH5 output tubes make this beauty really sound amazing! The changer has a new stereo cartridge and flip over Diamond/Saphire stylus for playing 33′s or 45′s. Mono block power amps removed from an AMPEX hi-fi console made in 1960, they have been rebuilt and are mounted on a custom solid walnut platform. Both have the stock TRIAD power and output transformers. The power supplies have been completely rebuilt, a few coupling caps were replaced with IMB type, high voltage caps replaced with Solen type, new power switches installed, a few resistors replaced, and both have new grounded power cords. Power tubes: EH-6973 x 2 EF86 12AU7 6CA4. Both are in perfect working order and have very quiet noise floor, output power is a little over 10 watts RMS at clip per unit, at 1Khz into 8 ohms.
