In short, this is a badass amp, completely gone through professionally and ready to rock for years to come straight out of the box! Cosmetics: Untouched and original! Lots of good, honest play wear – various nicks, chips, dents & dings, surface scratches, some finish wear, but nothing major… All typical considering its age. Some of the hardware has tarnished, but overall it has a great look to it with a cool vintage vibe & gorgeous patina. Vintage Sony Superscope (became Marantz in 1987) SRA3 Vacuum Tube Stereo Microphone Recording Amplifier / Preamp. The unit passed a signal when a short bench test was done. All tubes tested within spec on a Hickok TV10. This unit should be recapped for continued use. All the lights were working when tested.
