Here is a very clean Harman Kardon TA3000X tube receiver. It was removed from the console. It does NOT have a cover. Cosmetically it is very clean. The chassis is exceptionally clean since it lived in the console most of its life. The face panel and knobs are very presentable. Very solid and straight corners. It is all stock from what I can see. I also do not have any service history. The original German 12AX7 tubes were removed and replaced with good American tubes. The 7408 American HK labeled are original. There are some German HK labeled tubes still in the unit. This receiver is surprisingly working well as is. A restoration is highly recommended for future long lasting reliability. Rectifier Tube replaced with Solid state device hence there is no tube in the socket. New Output tubes- Ruby tubes -2 matched sets. Bias set to 1.56 volts. Vintage Dynaco Dynakit Stereo 70 ST-70 Amplifier Tube Amp & Cage – Mullard Tubes. Fully tested and 100% functional; this classic will add that warm tubey goodness to any home stereo hi-fi set up. Tubes are all excellent. The tube complement is all Mullard – 4 x EL34, 2 x ECF82 and 1 x GZ34. The speaker posts were upgraded by the original owner to banana jacks. In doing so the 16 ohm output has been disabled. The RCAs look to have also been upgraded. Cosmetically, it is overall very good exhibiting only normal wear from over the years. Includes original cage (one screw for the cage does not match). Also includes a copy of the manual/schematic.
