Vintage 1960′s Univox grey tweed guitar tube amp with matching tremolo pedal- one 12 inch Jensen special design speaker, 5 tubes. Volume, tone, tremolo speed with pedal, guitar & aux inputs, everything works. The cabinet looks good with standard wear, no tears in the grillcloth. The front wood has standard wear, wood chips and a little fraying of the cloth on the bottom. The univox name has long been missing but my expert vintage amp repair man identified it. Very cool working tube amp from the 60′s with a great vintage look. There is a nice demo of one on youtube under Univox test, it is a 26 second clip with also some specs. Super 60′s sounding. A tech recently went through it, and replaced all the caps. It’s all original, along with the original 1961 Jensen speaker in it. Some of the tubes may not be original though, due to age. It also has the original built in foot switch. The power cable looks to be original. The tremolo is working well. The only issue that I know of, is that you go to use the foot switch to turn the tremolo off, the tremolo doesn’t go all the way off, it just lowers the tremolo effect. So you have to turn the depth knob all the way off if you don’t want the tremolo effect. Showing it’s age. Control panel has rust, wear on corners, and a few cigarette burns. Another Krazy item from Slappys Vintage. Made by Magnatone, same as the model 260. 2×12 Tube Combo amp. Please see all pictures – Very rare amp – Dont Miss out. Probably stopped making the model because Gibson also had a Super 600 as a model. In good original found shape. I had my tech go through it and clean up the electronics, Put a new power cord on it. Up for sale, a 1959 Danelectro Twin Twelve Series D Model 98 tube amplifier in exceptional condition and in good working order. An exceedingly clean and well preserved vintage Danelectro tube amp, the Twin Twelve boasts a two-channel circuit driven by a quartet of fresh JJ 6L6 power tubes. Channel One has tons of bass, with a muscly clean tone that quickly gains a bit of hair when you dig in, with a very rich, churning drive when you dime it out. The low end is burly and full while retaining a certain focus and punch, and the gain is positively ripping. Channel Two is more polite, with far less bass and a more glassy quality, still driving hard when you turn it up. Remolo effect works on both channels and is extremely square wave in nature, cutting through with tons of chop and enough variance in the Speed knob to go from swampy and slow to relatively fast. The circuit is clean and stock, with original CTS pots which date to early’57. The original pair of Utah alnico 12 speakers have clean 1957 date stamps on the magnets as well. The original transformers are intact, and the upper and lower chassis both have extremely clean polished aluminum, with deep brown silkscreening on the upper chassis and the full compliment of original brown molded knobs. Inside the cabinet, the original tube chart is fully intact too. Cosmetically, this Danelectro is a real stunner, with original gold sparkle grillcloth and a textured blonde covering on the cabinet. There is only light wear and staining on the bottom of the enclosure, and the Danelectro lucite badge is intact on the face. Cool old Gibson Discoverer Tremolo GA-8T amplifier. I had my amp tech go through and replace the caps. Otherwise all all original – has the original 1961 Jensen speaker in it. Also some of the tubes may not be original as this is an older amp. Has the original built in footswitch. Power cable appears to be the original one. Working well, Great sounding amp. Tremolo working well, footswitch working – the only issue noticed is that when you use the footswtich to. Turn off the tremolo it does not go all the way off, it just lowers the tremolo effect. Up for sale, a 1962 Mulitvox Premier vintage tube amp model 100R in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original two-button footswitch. Produced by Multivox-Premier in New York, the 100R is an uncommon model with a 1×12 enclosure and both tube driven Reverb and Tremolo. Just serviced by our techs here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bat, the two 6V6 driven circuit stays surprisingly clean and warm even at maximum volume. All onboard effects are exclusive to the first channel, and the Reverb is particularly splashy and full with the original reverb pan and controls for both depth and decay. The Tremolo is governed by a pair of knobs as well, with a wide range of speeds and a nice, present chop. Falling somewhere between an Ampeg Reverberocket and a Fender Deluxe in terms of tonal response, the Premier 100R is a lovely and rare amp from the golden age of electric guitar manufacturing. The tag board circuit has been thoroughly serviced as necessary with the majority of the original resistors and capacitors intact, as well as the original transformers. The Clarostat pots date to 1962, and the amp retains the majority of the original Multivox branded tube set. The speaker is a vintage alnico 12 manufactured by Oxford, and the speaker handles the amp’s roughly 15 watts easily and features a new speaker cone. The original two tone textured brown and mustard covering is intact on the amp, and the original polished brass faceplate shows only modest wear with all of the original molded “P” topped knobs intact. The original leather handle is present too and unbroken, and the fragile raised plastic “Premier” logo is fully intact on the amp’s face. The original two-button footswitch is included.
