Vintage Tube Amp

Up for sale, a 1974 Fender Vibrolux Reverb in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with a two-button footswitch. With good reason, the Vibrolux is one of the most desirable Fender models for its ideal size and power, well-suited to both stage and studio applications. The amp delivers sparkling cut and muscle, and a surprising amount of headroom, cascading into lightly compressed tube overdrive when pushing towards 10 on the Volume dial. Offering 35 tube watts through the original CTS alnico magnet 10 speaker pair, the Vibrolux is the perfect platform for getting the most out of a variety of guitars and stompboxes. Clean and sweet up til about 5 on the volume knob (with a perceived volume that’s loud enough to keep up with an aggressive drummer), the Vibrolux has clear note attack and sweet tube rectifier sag, not to mention lush tube-driven Reverb and percussive Tremolo. All of the transformers are manufactured by Fender’s primary transformer supplier in this era, Schumacher, dating between late 1972 and the first weeks of’74. Fully serviced, all pots, switches, jacks and tube sockets have been thoroughly cleaned, and the amp boasts a professional recap of the power supply, with smaller modern Sprague electrolytic caps in the preamp. The preamp retains a full complement of original blue molded caps, and all of the original CTS pots are intact, with visible date codes from the 2nd week of’74. The tube complement includes a properly biased pair of Groove Tubes 6L6 power tubes, with a 5U4 rectifier and mostly modern valves in the preamp The CTS alnico magnet 10 speakers are the original matched pair with black frames and blue Fender foil stickers on the alnico magnets. The date stamps on the edges of the frames date to the 5th week of’74. These are also the same speakers seen in Super Reverbs of the era. The tube chart is intact inside the cabinet as well. The original smooth black tolex and silver sparkle grillcloth with orange stripe are intact, exhibiting some scuffs and a couple bald corners. The hardware shows light surface patina on the original handle caps, chassis straps, corners, and sphinx glides (feet). The faceplate, in contrast, is particularly well-kept with a full complement of witch hat knobs. A modern Fender two-button footswitch is included.

I have a champion Revere 3M guitar amplifier head super old super rare definitely awesome there’s a small scratch on the fabric the front of the speaker.

This is a vintage EA-33RVT Epiphone Galaxie tube amp from the early 1960s. It’s the same as a Gibson Scout but with an Epiphone badge. The amp is in very good condition, having been worked on by a well known professional amp tech. The original power cable has been replaced by a grounded cable. The tone-suck cap has been removed. It’s been recapped. The original wiring has been secured all around with very high quality work. The reverb tank has been replaced. The speaker has been replaced with a reissue Jenson alnico P10R 10-inch speaker. It as all its original transformers. It’s about 17-ish watts- Princeton/Deluxe territory. This thing sounds amazing. Comes with a new custom-made cover. This amplifier has a wonderful tone, with warm sparkle at low volume and full-out, raunchy overdrive at high volume. Tremolo and reverb are both awesome and unique sounding. The Swart Atomic Space Tone is based on this amp. I have too many amps and need to make room. You’re not going to get a better vintage tube amp sound at anywhere near this price.

Up for sale here is this single vintage Eico HF-14 tube amplifier, with serial number 2109. This came from a local tube guy, and came to me just as you see it. This has a fair amount of rust, which you can see in the pictures. There is no bottom cover or top cage/cover. The tubes are not included, but the tube shield/cover for the 12AX7 is included. 1950s Premier USA 110 Guitar Harp All Tube Amplifier Works Perfectly & Sounds Great. Original With Exception Of Cord As Pictured. Here’s The Run Down. This is A Super Cool Vintage 1950s Premier USA 110 Guitar/Harp All Tube Amplifier that’s in great vintage condition over all for its age (see pics). It is in the cosmetic condition shown, so be sure to see all of the pics (see pics). I tried to take really good pics, so you can judge for yourself (see pics). This amp appears to be all original with the exception of the power cord (still 2 prong). This amp has NO issues that I can find and operates as it should. Cosmetically it does show some age as you would expect, but still very clean overall. Definitely a super cool and vintage amp that you don’t find everyday and would make a great addition to your collection! Please look at all pics… What you see is exactly what you are getting.
