Ultra rare vintage Selmer Zodiac 50 S. 50 watts via 2 EL34s. I have seen similar Treble and Bass models with this knob configuration, but not too many other Zodiac models. Two channels, Reverb on one, Tremolo on the other, shared Presence knob. This amp sound amazing! To me, somewhere between a Hi-Watt and a Marshall. Beautiful clean tones and excellent overdriven tones when cranked. Reverb and Tremolo are ok, not quite in the league of a Fender, but usable. Super cool and rare British amp. Matching pair of vintage Wurlitzer model 771 mono amplifiers. 1930S 45 PP type mono amplifiers. This can be convert to 2A3 PP type amplifier early with some bias adjust. Hard to find matching pair like this. These are all gone through by tech as you see on the pictures. Plug and play condition. Speaker 8 & 16 ohms. These are surprisingly very good sounding amplifier. All transformers are 100% original & guarantee. There four 45 triode tubes but these are not 45 PPP amplifiers. These are 45 PP type. Other two 45 tubes are for the power and front driver tubes. Years ago, Ben Harper had a gear page up on Reverb. I rolled some tubes. It sounds quite grand. I removed the chassis to find that it has been completely rebuilt top-to-bottom with new caps, etc. I did not do this but Ben Harper’s techs did. I have a statement from Ben Harper’s gear tech that this was used by him in the studio. In many ways it’s the perfect size amplifier – and the perfect sounding. If it sells for sells for this or around this I will let it go. There are others out there that have been for sale but the condition is often sketchy. The fine item you are considering is a Vintage Alamo 2×10 Combo Tube Guitar Amplifier Amp. This cool vintage Alamo tube amp sports a pair of 6V6s for power tubes, and two original 10 speakers. The amp is basically working but it has some issues, these being that while the normal channel works perfectly and sounds fantastic at higher volumes (great break up and very spanky) the Vibrato channel looks to have what I think is a bad pot, which is very crackly (loud crackles when turned) and isnt allowing the volume to be as loud as it should be. Also, it doesnt appear that the vibrato effect is functioning. One of the paper cones on one speaker is torn, but I cant hear it effecting the sound, and otherwise the amp shows typical wear from age and use, but makes a great vintage appearance. The amp measures 23 long and has a nice chrome front plate. Please see my photos to have a look at this nice item. Check out this beautifully preserved old Supro! The power-cord is hilariously under-built, which perfectly demonstrates this items original 60′s mystique. The amp works beautifully and the tremolo knob together with the dual glass vacuum tubes produce a classic analog sound that is hard to find today. Unfortunately two plastic knob covers are missing, but this is a simple fix to the right enthusiast. This is from the collection of a ham radio collector. It was recapped at some point and has a new power cord. The ceramic resistor shown was loose inside when I got it and I replaced it with the one shown. It’s only 270 ohms, so you may want to replace with a different one. That’s the only work I’ve done to it. I played it for 30 minutes on three occasions and it sounded good. Outside looks good but shows a few scuffs.
