A Very Nice Used Vintage Tube Amplifier Parts With Acrosound Ultra-Linear Transformer Type TO-300. I do not have the separate power supply and did not tested the unit. 2 Tubes are 5692. In great condition for the age. Very clean inside out. I do not know much more about this amp Altec. I got this item in an estate sale. The last owner was a serious collector & an. This is a beautiful fully working Fisher EL84 tube amplifier. Unit was fully restored and has never given me any trouble over the years ive owned it. Iron transformers are all original Fisher. Tubes have all been tested and have all tested strong! Tubes are a mix of older US made tubes. Output tubes are matched Mullard EL84′s. Cosmetically the faceplate has some patina but still nice looking. All Knobs are original and switchgear was recently cleaned. Phono section sounds excellent as well as all other inputs. This is a Bogen CHB 50 amplifier that works great. It has the original Bogen 6L6 output tubes (not sure about the preamp tubes). The pots and tube sockets were cleaned with Caig DEOX prior to listing. It has the usual paint peeling off issues, not all level controls have the original knobs, 2 of the preamp tube are missing the outer shield, 1 foot is missing and the “ON” light has been moved to the front panel, the rear flop down cover is missing, “under the hood” electronics appear to have not been repaired. 1960′s Magnatone 210 Vintage Tube Amp w/ Vibrato. Amp has been tested and is in good working condition. Doesn’t sound perfect, a bit staticky at times, but sounds good considering its age.
