Simpson 260 Series 6M Multimeter w/ Leads & Manual-Serviced, Calibrated & Tested. The Simpson 260 Multimeter is an industry “Gold Standard” VOM since introduced in the 1930s and, with its accuracy, is still the preferred choice for testing professionals. This Simpson 260 Series 6M is a winner as it has been serviced, calibrated, and tested by Steve McKinley of Atlanta Tube Amp, who is a Simpson 260 metrologist and a longtime user of the 260. Tested 10K 1% resistor. Tested known 120VAC source. Tested 500VDC vacuum tube amplifier. Meter calibrated in a “flat position” as that the way it’s intended to be used. Up for sale here is this pair of used vintage 1949 250k ohm linear taper potentiometers. I don’t know who made these–each is marked “4-62, ” but that’s a part number, not a date or EIA code. These have short 1/4 round shafts. They test around 271.9k ohms and 254.7k ohms, so fairly close. These are very r are potentiometers and will work great for you, though they may need some Deoxit. Vintage Harmony Model H 400 tube guitar amplifier “TESTED & WORKING”. Here is one very good. Harmony Model H 400 3 watt tube guitar amplifier. Is complete and in ready to use condition! It is quiet (no hum). All tubes have been tested for shorts, emissions and grid leakage and all test very well. The cabinet is in good condition with very few cabinet blemishes and no major tears, the grill cloth is in good original condition! . The carry handle is also in very nice condition as shown! The whole unit seems all original with no modifications. It was missing the volume knob so I added one that fit. I have also cleaned the volume control which delivered noise free use at the time of testing! Take a really good look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have. There are no circuit breakers, speaker fuses, or other resettable devices to impede the use of the Stereo 80 under any reasonable conditions of use or abuse. This is achieved by using novel circuits (on which patents are pending) which automatically and instantly protect the amplifier. All parts are used conservatively with close tolerances to assure proper operation, and etched circuit modules are pretested under actual use conditions to ensure that every unit, after assembly, will meet the specifications normally associated with laboratory prototypes.
