This is a working Heathkit W-6A mono tube amplifier. All of the large filter can capacitors were replaced by previous owner. The W6A is preferred over the W6M because of improvements. Bias circuit improved (extra adjustment pot, on top). Added ON-OFF switch that W6M doesn’t have. Added Volume control that W6M doesn’t have. Coupling capacitors have been checked out and replaced as needed by previous owner. The output transformer is the highly reguarded Peerless 16431. Google this for all the reviews. Perfect working tube stereo. 5 Watts per channel. Gets pretty loud imo. The solid state rectifier gives your more clean headroom. Small size thats convenient for any office or bedroom.
